Autopay Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in autopayment, you authorize Prime Storage and its agents (collectively, “Prime”) to charge the bank account or credit card listed for all charges incurred in connection with your storage unit(s). You understand that the amount of your monthly charges may vary each month depending on changes to the terms and conditions of your rental agreement for the unit(s), including, but not limited to, rate increases and fees or charges being applied from third party merchant service providers. You further understand the charging or debiting for rental payments will occur on or about your payment due date (as stated in your rental agreement) for as long as you lease the storage unit(s) and that the bank account or credit card you provide will be charged for future transactions and/or charges incurred in accordance with your rental agreement. You are required to notify Prime if your bank account or credit card information changes in order to continue this service. In the event that you change the account(s) authorized without notifying Prime of such changes, Prime will suspend access to the storage unit(s) until a new authorization is supplied with current information and any outstanding amounts due have been paid. The authority granted hereunder will remain in effect until revoked by you in writing, in such time and in such a manner as to afford Prime a reasonable opportunity to act on it, which in no case shall be less than seven days.

If Prime is unable to process your payment or payment is declined, you will be responsible for providing an alternate payment and any resulting processing fees. You understand and agree that if the transaction is declined and you do not otherwise make a timely payment, the failure to pay will constitute a default under your rental agreement and Prime may take action in accordance with your rental agreement. You agree to hold harmless and release Prime from any liabilities, claims, demands, losses or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from transactions permitted under your rental agreement or this authorization. You expressly acknowledge that this authorization is solely for the purpose of inducing Prime to agree to your occupancy and that Prime would not agree to make such accommodations without your execution of this Authorization. You remain responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of your rental agreement notwithstanding anything provided in this written agreement.

You hereby certify that all the information provided to Prime is correct and that false or misleading information may be considered as a default contract. If the occupant of the storage unit(s) is a business, the individual agreeing to these Terms and Conditions attests that they have the authority to do so and to bind the occupant.
